Note About Children's Privacy Issues

Merit Software's primary audience is teachers, trainers, parents, and older, self-motivated learners. We do recognize that children under the age of 13 may use some or all of Merit Software's web sites. We will make no attempt to contact anyone using our web sites, unless we have their expressed consent. This is one of the reasons that we try to determine a user's age range by asking qualifying questions, such as "Are you a teacher?" when user are asked to fill out forms.
