This Merit Software Affiliate Agreement (Agreement) is entered into on the above stated Effective Date by and between Merit Audio Visual, Inc. a New York corporation doing business as Merit Software having an address of 121 W. 27st Street, New York, New York 10001 (hereinafter Merit) and the below identified company or individual at the stated address (hereinafter, Affiliate).
