The program features four different types of letters: persuasion, request, complaint and response, and social business.Students learn different ways to write an effective business letter through persuasion, description, explanation, organization, or direction. Choosing from a menu of topics, users develop an idea and write their own paragraphs. Help prompts provide feedback and encouragement throughout.

Students advance without instructor intervention. Completed letters may be transferred to any word processing program for advanced editing. The program may be used with as many students as disk space allows.

System requirements for the software are a computer running Windows 95/98 or Windows NT with at least 4 MB of free RAM.
