Grants for U.S. Educators - Investing in Innovation (i3) Final Guidelines
The U.S. Department of Education released its final guidelines for the $650
million Investing in Innovation (i3) grants. We believe there are opportunities
for educators to use all Merit Software programs within the i3 grant guidelines.
In the News - National Educational Technology Plan
Also this month, the U.S. Department of Education released a draft of the National Educational Technology Plan. The plan is a model of 21st century learning powered by technology, with goals and recommendations in five essential areas: learning, assessment, teaching, infrastructure, and productivity. Public comments are encouraged.
