In the News - Lakehurst Elementary Wins Verizon Grant to Improve Writing Skills with Paragraph Punch

We would like to congratulate Lakehurst Elementary School, which recently received a Verizon Grant to improve student's writing skills. Lakehurst plans to use Paragraph Punch to help students hone their writing skills and allow teachers to better monitor students' progress. The program will enable students to graduate with stronger writing abilities and prepare them to succeed in high school.

Grants for Educators - HP Technology for Teaching Grant Initiative

In 2008, HP will award nearly $7 million in cash and equipment to K-12 schools in the U.S., and colleges and universities throughout North America (Canada, Puerto Rico, and the U.S.). The HP Technology for Teaching Grant Initiative is designed to support the innovative use of mobile technology in K-16 education. Requests for Proposals (RFPs) are available now. Applications must be submitted between January 8, 2008 and Thursday February 14, 2008.
