DollarSkills is easy-to-use software designed to help students improve
the skills needed to solve mathematical problems, such as percents, fractions,
decimals, ratios and proportions, and work-time spent. The software provides
strategies for students to improve their word problem skills.
After an assessment, the software helps students by breaking down the
steps of solving word problems into individual stages: finding the correct
numbers to use, finding the words that tell what to do with those numbers,
and finding the solution.
Students are able to track their progress through their progress-to-date
and session scores. Student scores are kept in a management system that
provides teachers with measurable results.
Designed for students in U.S. grades 4 through 9 (age 9 and up). The
program can also be used by ESL and adult students interested in improving
their math skills.

- Each set contains 135 word problems and 675 questions.
- Contextual help and feedback will engage students of all ages.
