Write It Right
Helps
students view and correct common problems in writing.
Students learn to correct common problems in writing
such as faulty sentence structure, unclear meaning, misplaced
modifiers, and grammatical shifts.
Each text contains errors, and students may view what each possible correction looks like in the text before
entering their choice.
After an assessment, students advance through the program
at their own pace. Students scores are kept in a record
management system that allows teachers to view and print
detailed results.
The questions, answers and explanations of the program can be spoken aloud by using the Merit Text Talker.
Designed for students in grades 6 through 11 (ages
11 and up), the software can also be used by English language
learners and adult students.
