CD
1. I don't have Internet Explorer on my computer. How can I install my software?Using the Windows Explorer, open the CD-Rom drive of your computer. Click on the Programs folder on the left side of the window. You will see all of the installation files in the right-hand window. Double-click on the installation file of the program and version you purchased. Many of the program names are abbreviated or use initials. Please call us if you need help identifying which file to double-click on. 2. Where is the installation documentation?The installation manuals can be found on the Installation CD under Step 1. We recommend that you print out the appropriate manual. 3. Where are the program manuals?The manuals for all Merit Software programs can be found on the Installation CD. Insert the CD and click on Step 2. Software Documentation. The documentation folder with .pdf files of all the manuals will open in a Windows Explorer window. You can double-click the titles to view and print them with Adobe Acrobat Reader. (If you do not have the Reader, on your system there is a link to install it from Step 1.) 4. Do I need Administrative rights to install the software?5. How can I verify that my software is installed properly?A properly installed Merit program should have only one TPM.exe and one meritav.ini file on the entire system. |
