Merit programs are self-paced, self-advancing learning tools. Core concepts are broken down into understandable parts. Students receive context-sensitive feedback while they work.
Student work is tracked in an easy-to-use, online management system. The tracking features allow teachers to monitor pupil progress and provide additional support when necessary.
The online editions of all Merit programs run through the Merit Online Learning web portal.
User names and passwords are entered at the web address, http://www.meritonlinelearning.com
After students log in they go to their personal home page. From there, they can see their coursework, start to work on their assignments, and view their results.
Instructors also go to their own personal home page. Once logged in, instructors are able to monitor their students' progress, make comments for students to read, import class rosters, and export records of students' work.
Your access to Merit Online Learning depends on the type of account you have.
School accounts are set up to access Merit Online Learning for a twelve-month academic calendar or a three-month semester.
Home accounts subscribe to each program for a twelve-month period. Home accounts have access to Merit Online Learning as long as they have an active program.
