Ethan is 9 years old. His reading decoding skills are well developed. He tends to read quickly. He has difficulty with saliency determination and inferential thought processes for reading. He does better when he reads aloud. He is writing a standardized entrance exam in 3 weeks and needs to quickly improve his comprehension.
