We have helped many ESL students improve their reading. The passages, anwers and explanations of all Merit reading skills programs be spoken aloud using the Merit Text Talker. By using it you can focus on the content of what you are reading, while learning how words should be pronounced.

For low-intermediate ESL students Reading Shape-Up is the best program to start with. Students work on main idea, vocabulary, fact-opinion and other key skills. They receive personalized feeback and see multiple forms of help assistance when help is needed.
