Our best program for this purpose is Fraction Shape-Up. It teaches students, step-by-step, the ways to work with fractions. Concepts covered include comparing fractions, mixed numbers and improper fractions, equivalent fractions, ordering fractions, dealing with different denominators, and combining fractions.
