1. It says my time has expired?

If an account is idle for 20 minutes the account will close.

2. It says I'm already logged in?

If you close the browser to logoff, the software does not know that you logged out when you exited. It will assume that you are still logged in. Check the box to proceed.

3. Why is it asking me to install QuickTime?

QuickTime, a popular multimedia framework, is used to display reward graphics in the program. If you are asked to install or update QuickTime, we recommend doing so.

What do I do if my student is blocked?

Log into your meritonlinelearning.com account.

Click Students in the blue bar across the top of your screen to open the Student List page.

Student List will have an Actions column on the right side. Note this column only appears when a student is blocked.

Click the link to unblock the student and follow the directions on the screen.
